At this time, we are looking for a strong and impactful marketing manager to head up Alltech Ireland’s marketing team and to develop and implement the marketing strategy for Alltech Ireland.
As the marketing manager for Alltech Ireland, you will interact closely with multi-discipline marketing functions, including PR, digital marketing and design that bring marketing campaigns to life, as well as educating audiences and articulating our positions on industry trends. You will have a proven track record and demonstrate excellence in collaboration and project management, setting and delivering on commercial goals and working with colleagues from across the organisation to ensure that our marketing activity and messages are consistent with our vision, values and priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear, compelling and customer-centric marketing strategy for Alltech Ireland.
- Play a key role in the Alltech Ireland leadership team responsible for making timely decisions to direct the future of Alltech’s Irish business.
- Work closely with the Alltech and KEENAN teams to build relationships with our customers and offer collaborative marketing support to key accounts.
- Oversee the development of Alltech Ireland’s communication strategy, including advertising, public relations, social media, web and digital media.
- Manage the Alltech Ireland marketing coordinator, who will provide support functions for KEENAN Ireland marketing.
- Plan, coordinate, manage and execute high-profile events, tradeshows and sponsorships, such as the National Ploughing Championships, Tullamore Show, the Alltech ONE Ideas Forum, and the Alltech European Technical Summit.
- Work with the Alltech European and global marketing teams to devise and implement pan-regional plans and campaigns.
- Formulate, agree upon and maintain the annual budget and measure ROI for our marketing activity.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate will have both relevant agriculture and marketing qualifications.
- 4+ years’ experience in an agri-related marketing role preferable.
- Proven track record of building impactful campaigns, contributing to commercial success.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong IT skills.
