Description
Working as part of the Core Technology Group, the Digital Content Specialist will play a key role in driving the success of our digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for creating and executing a strategic content plan, managing paid media placements, and leveraging digital platforms like HubSpot, Wordpress and Bynder to enhance our online presence and content distribution, and ultimately support the continued sales growth of some of Alltech’s biggest and most well-known brands. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, content development, and performance optimisation.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Planning:

Shape a dynamic, multi-channel digital content strategy that aligns closely with business objectives, target audiences, customer needs, and our brand vision.

Develop and manage content calendars in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure the effective planning, development, and execution of digital collateral and communication tools.

Support the development and delivery of impactful digital campaigns for product promotion, coordinating closely with Alltech’s creative and communication teams.
Web and Digital Marketing:

Partner with Alltech’s corporate web team to ensure accurate positioning and representation of core products and services on Alltech’s global and regional websites.

Manage digital campaign workflows using platforms like HubSpot, ensuring timely execution and optimisation of digital initiatives.

Optimise content for SEO best practices to maximise online visibility of products and services.

Coordinate the consistent digital presence of commercially-related content across corporate social media channels in collaboration with Alltech’s social and digital teams.
Global Paid Media:

Oversee the delivery of global media articles and ad placements in collaboration with the Alltech media team, copywriters, and relevant technical support.

Collaborate with senior marketing leads to create and execute engaging digital media campaigns supporting key products and services.
Internal Communications:

Source, prepare, and coordinate the delivery of engaging monthly newsletters that effectively communicate key updates, initiatives, and achievements across the group.

Oversee the organisation and management of core technology assets within our digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring streamlined access and distribution to support Alltech teams globally.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Foster strong working relationships across key marketing, digital, and technical functions, as well as regional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Actively participate in creative planning sessions to contribute to a robust digital marketing approach.

Support both online and offline marketing activities outside of the Core Technology Group, including events and tradeshows where necessary.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media or a suitably related field

A proven track record in Digital Marketing and campaign management

A sharp sense of creativity, and the ability to spot new types of promotional opportunities

Experience with, or a strong knowledge of the popular digital channels and content management tools

A keen eye for detail in proofing and editing content

The ability to organize and manage multiple projects in a simultaneous manner

A strong knowledge of brand management and positioning
-
Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

An understanding of, or a willingness to embrace an understanding of the animal nutrition sector

Willingness to work extended hours and travel when required

Job Environment
-
Full-time, 12-month maternity cover, in office based in Stamford, with the potential for occasional travel.
-
Standard working hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. However, flexibility will be necessary due to the global nature of the role.
