Job Role

As Alltech E-CO2 Business Support Assistant you will join a vibrant team to assist with general office duties and supporting with business and project administration. This will entail regular communication with colleagues based nationwide and internationally, undertaking tasks such as generating reports and creating documents, as well as managing systems to help support a growing company and department. 

Excellent attention to detail is a must, along with a confident manner for communicating with customers and colleagues via telephone and online. 

This is a friendly and organised environment which relies upon a prompt and effective service for clients, and a willingness to help out others within the team. You will have support from the wider business for your own career development, providing a range of future opportunities.
 

Responsibilities

  • CRM management 
  • Working closely with Project Managers in order to work to deadlines 
  • Frontline project support including taking customer service calls 
  • Making appointments and allocating farm assessments 
  • Liaising with assessors and the field team 
  • Logging calls and enquiries from clients 
  • Document creation and control 
  • Report and data generation 
  • Service quality control 
  • Additional business support 
     

Requirements

  • Excellent communicator both electronically and via telephone 
  • A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude 
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually 
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail 
  • Capable of working to, and developing procedures 
  • Flexible approach to work 
  • Promptness, flexibility, and consideration of out of normal office working hours requirements 
  • Methodical with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Fluent in Spanish or a desire to improve your level of spoken Spanish is preferred
