Food Safety Conference

Alltech was one of three companies exclusively selected to serve as a principal sponsor of the Food Safety Conference and given the opportunity to speak at the event. As a principal sponsor, we have been given several exclusive branding opportunities that will put us front and center for both current and prospective customers. Additionally, our own Dr. Karina Horgan will deliver a presentation about pre-harvest intervention strategies for controlling Salmonella in turkeys and how mannan-rich fractions from yeast can help. Other Alltech team members will also be at the conference to promote our pre-harvest food-safety and mineral solutions.
