Alltech Innovation Competition
About the Competition
The Alltech Innovation Competition began in 2013 in the true spirit of entrepreneurship and collaboration. Alltech founder Dr. Pearse Lyons gathered experts from universities who had experience in developing venture pitch competitions. Shortly afterwards, the Alltech Innovation Competition went from concept to reality!
This competition challenges undergraduate and graduate university teams to collaborate and develop creative, forward-thinking, innovative solutions that will improve local economies. The Alltech Innovation Competition celebrates Dr. Lyons’ legacy of entrepreneurship, purpose and fostering cross-functional teamwork to make a difference for others.
