With the final of the FEI World Cup™ Driving Series taking place this weekend in Bordeaux, France, we take a look at the sport of Driving to see what it entails. Driving is one of the oldest competitive equestrian sports. It is a discipline without a rider but with a driver, who drives a carriage drawn by between one and four horses. Show Jumper Richie Moloney at the Alltech National Horse Show

Richie Moloney speaks about the Alltech National Horse Show and the Alltech Grand Prix.

It seemed Ireland’s Richie Moloney would win the $75,000 Double H Farm International Open Jumper class at the Alltech National Horse Show earlier this week. He bested Kent Farrington with a time of 40.66 seconds with Slieveanorra. But Lauren Hough and Quick Study prevailed in the 14-horse jump-off.

Richie spoke to us about his hopes for the Alltech Grand Prix and his overall impression of the facility and show this year. He will be riding Ahorn van de Zuuthoeve this evening.
